Louw Malherbe

Louw Malherbe is consultant in the Litigation and Collection Department at the Cape Town branch of Strauss Daly. He obtained his LLB in 1990 from Stellenbosch University. He has more than 24 years’ experience practising as an attorney and he specialises in litigation and commercial litigation, as well as banking law collections and corporate recoveries.
