Lucas Pasca Mkhabele

Mkhabele Attorneys was founded by Lucas Pasca Mkhabele. Mr Mkhabele is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and has a right of appearance in the High Court. Mr Mkhabele has extensive experience in Third Party Claim/ Personal injury claims, medical negligence, frictions, Administration of the Deceased Estates and drafting of contracts and wills and labour matters. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo. He also holds the Sport Law, Eviction and    Company law certificates from LEAD. Before opening his own practice, Mr. Mkhabele served his articles with Dinga ka Madiga Incorporated in Polokwane where he served for 8 months. He later moved to Pretoria where he finished his articles with Mkhabela Attorneys until 2008. He was admitted in 2008 and after joined Kekana Hlantshwayo Radebe Inc of Parktown in Johannesburg as a professional assistant and was later promoted as an Associate.
