Lucy Signorelli

Lucy Signorelli is a partner in the firm’s Trade Mark Litigation Department and one of the partners heading up the Anti-Counterfeiting team since 2010. She is a qualified attorney and trade mark practitioner with 16 years of experience. She holds BProc and LLB degrees, both cum laude, from the University of Pretoria. Lucy has extensive litigation experience in relation to copyright, trade mark, unlawful competition and passing off issues. She has, since 2010, had a focussed specialisation in trade mark litigation relating to anti-counterfeiting and brand enforcement. Over the past few years, Lucy has been recognised as a leading practitioner in her field in South Africa, including listings in World Trade Mark Review (WTR 1000) – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals since 2012. She has further been named an IP Star by the publication Managing IP, 2015.
