Madelein Soné Botha

Madelein is the head of the Intellectual Property Department servicing local and international clients in terms of trade marks, designs, patents, copyright and domains. Madelein also attends to Magistrate’s Court and High Court litigation. Apart from Intellectual Property Law and litigation, she attends to the liquor licence applications, administration and compliance on behalf of clients.Madelein has knowledge and experience in the following fields of law: Intellectual Property Law (prosecution and litigation), General Litigation, Commercial Law, Contracts, Family Law, Collections, National Credit Act, Legal Costs, Liquor Legislation (both provincial and national) and Consumer Protection Act.
