Mandy Swanepoel

Mandy completed her articles at A&A and has been with us for over 10 years. A partner in the Trade Mark Litigation department, she represents a broad range of international clients, including vehicle manufacturers, foodstuffs and telecommunication providers. Focused on trade mark and copyright litigation, she’s been involved in a number of influential Supreme Court of Appeal cases over the last few years.
