Manette Strauss

Manette Strauss was admitted as an attorney in 1978, and as a conveyancer and notary public in 1981. Her areas of expertise include all aspects of Property Law including commercial and residential property transfers and bonds, the administration of funds for provincial housing projects, drafting of legal opinions, lease and option agreements, the establishment of townships, subdivision and consolidation of land, advising on all aspects of sectional title developments and the drafting of wills and ante-nuptial contracts. Ms. Strauss has been elected as a Vice President of the Kwazulu-Natal Law Society for 2015.
