Marius le Roux

KISCH IP boasts some of the country’s top patent attorneys and Marius le Roux is no exception. Marius qualified as patent agent in 1974 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1977, but not before he earned degrees in both Mechanical Engineering in 1971 from the University of Pretoria and a B.Proc. in 1975 from UNISA. He currently holds the position of Head of the Patent Administration Department and as such is responsible for all formalities relating to patent and design registrations in South Africa and in foreign jurisdictions. Marius has been with the firm for an impressive 28 years.
