Due to my background and experience in Environmental Law as well as Occupational Health and Safety I was requested to assist in various legislative writing and review projects for local and provincial authorities. Further extensive input was provided into policy formulation, as well as assistance in waste related projects. I regularly advise large and medium sized companies and corporations, as well as the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), consultants and government authorities. Over the past years I have been regularly performing Environmental, Health and Safety Legal Audits, Legal Compliance Assessments and Due Diligence Enquiries. My firm regularly compiles and updates Environmental, Health and Safety Legal Registers, particularly for ISO 14001 purposes. I am fluent in English, German and Afrikaans.
