Mark Henri Pienaar

Mark holds a LLB degree, as well as a master’s degree in commercial law with emphasis on Company Law which he obtained from the University of Johannesburg.In furtherance of the firm’s commercial service offering, Mark also holds an advanced Diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria. Mark heads up the firm’s Commercial Law and High Court Civil Litigation Department.In his personal capacity Mark excels in the structuring of business transactions, drafting of commercial agreements and related litigation.
