Mark Poole

Mark Poole has a B. Com with majors in Business Administration and Economics, an LLB and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax. Mark is also an admitted conveyancer and recently qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (Non-Practising). Mark’s flair is for the commercial and business aspects of law, and he has vast experience in the fields of insolvency/liquidations, business rescues and turnarounds, compromises with creditors, commercial contacts and property transactions.
