Maryann Middleton

Maryann Middleton focuses on commercial law, construction and engineering contracts, mining and minerals law, law of beneficiation, and administrative law. She advises international enterprises wishing to invest in the mining industry in Southern Africa. Representative experience: Application and interpretation of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, and associated legislation. Adviser to listed private companies and state departments. Lead advisor to Eskom on tenders and agreements for the Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme.
