Urgent interdict proceedings to prevent a government department from implementing the award of a security services tender and review proceedings to set aside the award. Assisting international renewable energy companies to tender in the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme and advising on various legal issues surrounding the envisaged transaction. Assisting mining companies in respect of employment issues related to the mining industry, particularly industrial action. Assisting and representing various companies at investigations and inquiries conducted in terms of health and safety legislation. Advising mining clients in respect of environmental compliance. Representing steel producers in discussions and representations with the Department of Mineral Resources, the Department of Water Affairs and the Department of Environmental Affairs.
