Melissa Swart

Melissa obtained her LLB degree through the University of South Africa. She served her articles of clerkship at Perold & Associates. After being admitted as an attorney in 2013, she continued her service at DP&A Incorporated as an Associate and in November of 2014 Melissa became a director of DP&A. Melissa specialises in Litigation, drafting of commercial agreements, Matrimonial and Municipal Law. She also has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions in various areas of law.
