Mellissa is a qualified attorney, member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (SA).Mellissa has 7 years experience in all aspects pertaining to trade marks with a specific focus on international trade mark prosecution and litigation. Mellissa also has experience in trade mark litigation and anti-counterfeiting.
