Melvin Naidu is a commercial litigation and corporate advisory practitioner whose practice is focused on assisting small to medium companies grow and develop, by facilitating commercial negotiations and insituting and defending commercial litigation, on their behalf.Melvin's primary practice area is focused on the takeover and buy-outs of small to medium businesses. He is also adept at negotiating and facilitating mergers and acquisition, both local and cross border, for small to medium businesses
