Mike Williams

Specializes in Commercial law, Litigation, Trusts, Industrial & Labour Relations and Liquor Licence Applications. Mike was born in Durban and matriculated at Glenwood Boys High in 1974. He completed his BA Degree at the University of Cape Town in 1980 and his LLB Degree at the University of Natal in 1982. Mike completed his articles and practised as a professional assistant with Allaway Shepstone for two years. In 1988 he purchased the Westville Practice of TD Hayward, and he changed the name to Hayward Williams. Due to the growth of Hayward Williams, it became necessary for him to consider opening a branch office in Pinetown and after discussions with Adrian; he merged his practice with Morris Fuller & Associates with effect from 1st March 1992. Mike also consults in Pietermaritzburg.
