Admitted in 2000; joined the firm in 2008, and became a partner in 2009. Involved in the Maseru commercial practice across all sectors, specialising in company law, including registrations, restructuring, changes in capital structure, and mergers and acquisitions; intellectual property law; regulatory compliance; due diligence investigations and reporting; foreign exchange; mining law; business law and business licensing; advising international and local clients on cross-border matters; and drafting and vetting contracts. He completed his LLM in 2017 in Environmental Law.
