Moroke Phajane

Moroke was admitted in 2006. He specialises in corporate and commercial law with emphasis on telecommunications law. Moroke gained his experience from his previous employment in the banking sector as a legal advisor and whilst working for one of the prominent law firms in Johannesburg where he formed an integral part of a team advising on mining transactions, Information Communication Technology and telecommusications matters, mergers and acquisitions, matters relating to SMEs, Black Economic Empowerment deals and general commercial law.
