Musa Ntsibande

Musa Ntsibande has served as a local director of Aids Healthcare Foundation (AHF), a California-based non-governmental organisation operating free treatment clinics in the USA, Africa and Europe. Musa is currently serving in the KZN Executive Committee of ABRIPSA (Association of Business Rescue and Insolvency Practitioners of South Africa), and is on the Masters’ panels (Insolvency) in Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Mafikeng as a trustee and liquidator of insolvent estates. He is highly experienced in the fields of Commercial and Banking Litigation, Competition Law and Insolvency Law.
