Neels Volschenk

Neels Volschenk as admitted as an Attorney in 1984 and a Notary Public in 1988. He joined Strauss Daly in 1987, and in 1997 obtained his Rights of Appearance in the High Court in terms of Section 4(2) of Act 60 of 1995. Neels has more than 20 years’ experience in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation, and his areas of expertise include Commercial, Corporate and Securities Law; mergers and acquisitions; fundamental transactions; share capital and corporate finance.
