Nick Theunissen

Nick concentrates on commercial and financing transactions, company law, competition law, and taxation. He has considerable experience with international mergers and take-overs, and is regarded as one of the few experts in South Africa on sugar industry law. Nick also specialises in water supply and reclaimed water project work.
