Nigel Paul Woodroffe

Nigel Woodroffe joined the partnership in 1989 and headed the Employment Law Department for a number of years before he was elected as Managing Partner of Shepstone & Wylie in July 2005. In 2005 Nigel was elected to the office of Managing Partner, a decision based on the fact that there had been tremendous growth in the business and it had become increasingly difficult to manage the firm efficiently. Nigel served as an acting judge in the Labour Court in March 2003. He is one of only two attorneys from KZN to be invited to act – the first having been Martin Oosthuizen, also a member of our Employment Law Department
