Nolwazi Boqwana

Nolwazi is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She has more than ten years experience in employment law and policy issues, as well as retirement fund and related matters. She is currently a board member of the Institute of Retirement Funds, chairing its Trustee Committee and a trustee of the Mineworkers Charitable Trust Fund. Nolwazi has, amongst others, been a chairperson of the Board of the Mineworkers Provident Fund, a substitute/alternate trustee of the Government Employees Pension Fund, Sentinel and Mine Employees Pension Funds. As an attorney she has dealt extensively with litigation in pension and related matters, trustee training on governance, drafting of policies and agreements for clients and has provided legal and general advice on various matters to clients.
