Nthetologe Isaac Raphela

Our director has been an attorney since 1997 having previously worked for several corporate entities and commercial law firms. We have, however, at present professional staff, comprising of one director, three professional assistants and two candidate attorneys and one consultant. Mr Raphela and his colleagues provide a spectrum of legal services (see below) and acted on behalf of, amongst others, the Road Accident Fund, Eskom, Standard Bank, Servcon Housing Solutions, Telepassport (Pty) Ltd, Mmabatho Construction (Pty) Ltd, Re a Soma-Baroka Projects, MacP Construction, Ditaba Plant Hire, MacP Group of Companies, Umsombomvu Youth Fund, Summit Diamond Cutting Works (Pty) Ltd, Summit Mining Resources (Pty) Ltd, Serengeti Diamond Cutting Works, PBMR (Pebble Bed Modular Reactor), Kalahari Biodiesel, Thabong Energy Resources (Pty) Ltd, SASOL and their various subsidiaries like Sasol Polymers, etc., Serengeti Group of Companies, Nava Resources (Pty) Ltd, Akisa Mineral Resources (Pty) Ltd, Summit Group of Companies; Hypoplus (an aids drug company); Great North Transport; University of Pretoria; IDC; Greater Tubatse Municipality, Greater Tzaneen Municipality, Capricorn Municipality, Maruleng Municipality, Greater Letaba Municipality, Giyani Municipality, Johannesburg Development Agency, MTN and Limdev. He has in many ways been involved in the upliftment and training of various groups, inter alia as a Lecturer at the University of the North in the Department of Mercantile Law for many years. He has also given training to personnel of the Road Accident Fund and other corporate clients in regard to legal matters. He is a very committed legal practitioner. His academic qualifications are proof of his intentions to be a well qualified attorney.

Education:
B.Proc., LLB, LLM (UP), Advanced Diploma in Labour Law(RAU), Diploma in Corporate Law(RAU), Certificate in Woman and the Law (UNISA) and has completed a second LLM-degree in Corporate Law at RAU (only the dissertation is outstanding).
