Prudence Khumalo

Prudence is a candidate attorney in the Conveyancing Department. She ceded her articles to Bekker Brink & Brink Inc. as she wanted to broaden her knowledge and further her understanding of property law. She is currently involved with property transfers and bond cancellations.Her interest in property law started in university when she took deeds and notarial practice as an elective. Prudence enjoys the personal aspect involved in property law and dealing with clients’ queries. It is a very fulfilling field in that she knows that her clients have security of ownership of their property through the work that she has done.Educating the community on legal matters is one of the things Prudence feels passionate about. She has featured on a local radio station advising people about the importance of estate planning during National Wills Week. In her spare time, she can be found curled up on the couch with a good crime-fiction novel.
