Raizel Davidow

For the last decade, Raizel has represented attorneys, accountants and medical and allied professionals. She is qualified as a Mediator through University of Cape Town and has received training in counselling. Consequently Raizel is particularly adept at supporting and defending professionals at regulatory and court proceedings.  She also represents professionals at Inquests and in criminal proceedings.  Raizel also advises insurers and brokers on professional indemnity and third party liability.  She has defended and advised on claims involving a variety of sectors: transport, infrastructure, energy and armed security. She also advises professionals and associations on ethical and professional exposure and risk management policies. Raizel holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Witwatersrand and a Certificate in Medical Law from the University of Pretoria.
