Raoul was admitted as an attorney in 2008 and practices in the field of industrial relations and employment law including occupational health and safety, health and safety risk assessment and plans. He has further practiced in general civil and criminal litigation with a focus on forensic investigation into commercial crime and recovery of losses. Raoul has initiated and chaired disciplinary hearings regarding various types of misconduct and advises clients on all aspects of employment law from recruitment to litigation, occupational health and safety from risk assessment to inquests and hearings, both in the public and private sector. Raoul has a special interest in training and facilitating workshops on employment law and health and safety. Raoul has litigated in various dispute forums including but not limited to Magistrates Court, High Court, Labour Court, CCMA and Bargaining Councils.
