Refiloe Nthabeleng Vengeni

Refiloe Vengeni focuses on mining law with special emphasis on health and safety in the mining sector. She has assisted in various investigations and inquiries conducted in terms of health and safety legislation and represented companies such as Royal Bafokeng Resources Proprietary Limited, Western Platinum Proprietary Limited, Rustenburg Platinum Mines Proprietary Limited, Hernic Ferrochrome Proprietary Limited, and Tharisa Minerals Proprietary Limited. Representative experience: Assisting and representing various Anglo American Group companies in relation to mining related incidents and accidents. Assisting and representing various companies at investigations and inquiries conducted in terms of health and safety legislation. Assisting and representing employees of Sishen Iron Ore Company Proprietary Limited in criminal prosecution cases, resulting from fatal accidents at the mines.
