Romy Vivienne Stansfield

Romy Vivienne Stansfield joined Harris Attorneys as a consultant in January 2013. Romy specialises in the administration of deceased estates, commercial and contractual law, and has extensive experience in the areas of compliance relating to the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. She has also gained extensive experience in the drafting of distribution, software development and service level agreements. Having obtained her BA (Hons) and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, Romy commenced her articles of clerkship with Ashersons Attorneys in 2005 where she met and worked closely with Jolene Harris. Romy was admitted as an attorney in 2007.
