Ronan Bekker

As a member of our litigation practice Ronan focuses on construction and engineering law, and alternative dispute resolution. Representative experience: Representing a client in arbitration regarding the Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme Project. Representing a client in dispute regarding geotechnical investigations done at a uranium mine in Malawi. Representing a number of clients in disputes involving various construction contracts including NEC3, FIDIC and JBCC.
