Rosalie Smit

Rosalie joined the firm in 2000 straight after graduating from the University of Stelienbosch, obtaining B. Comm and LLB degrees. She was admitted as an attorney in 2003 and as notary public in 2006. Rosalie specialises in family law, foreclosures, High Court litigation and Magistrate’s Court litigation. Rosalie also serves as a Commissioner for the Small Claims court as part of her pro bono service to the community. With excellent organisational skills, her working philosophy centres on attention to detail and giving honest and forthright advice. When not at work, she enjoys cooking for her family and travelling.
