Roux Potgieter

Roux obtained his LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2007 after specialising in Intellectual Property Law and Advanced Labour Law in his final year.He served his articles at the Cape Town office of top-tier commercial and IP multi-national firm, Adams & Adams and, after his admission as an attorney on 5 February 2010, continued to practice there as an attorney until founding his own practice.During September 2010, Roux founded Roux Potgieter & Co. and also started lecturing tertiary commerce students on aspects of commercial and contractual law.During early 2015, Roux Potgieter & Co. was incorporated into BM Attorneys to ensure that both firms may serve a broader variety of client's in a wider variety of law.
