Ruan Britz

Ruan obtained his B.Com Law and LL.B degrees from the University of Pretoria in 2011 and 2012, respectively.He joined Bouwers Inc. in 2014 as a candidate attorney and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2015. He has experience in all aspects pertaining to trade mark prosecution and litigation and forms part of the professional team under the leadership of Deon Bouwer. Furthermore, he has experience in drafting trade mark related agreements such as, license and distribution agreements.
