Rudi Van Niekerk

Rudi is a founding director of the firm. He has 12 years experience in practicing law for his own account.He has obtained a B.Proc (majoring in Law and Psychology) from RAU. He is currently enrolled as a final year LLM student at Unisa. Rudi was accepted as article clerk at Blake Bester Inc where he had extensive exposure to Bank repossessions and corporate delictual claims (e.g. Telkom). He has since been specialising in Commercial, Criminal and Family Law.Rudi is also a qualified and accredited mediator and a member of SAAM (South African Association of Mediators)
