Santie Vermeulen

Santie grew up and matriculated in Oudtshoorn, whereafter she completed her BA and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch. After completing two years of articles at Heyns & Partners, she took up a position as conveyancer at Vaughan Ulyate & Associates. She currently assists in the conveyancing department and specialises in all aspects of conveyancing, including drafting of contracts, residential and commercial property transactions, mortgage and notarial bonds, servitudes, subdivisions and consolidations. Santie has a keen interest in outdoor activities and is an avid runner.

Admitted as a Conveyancer.
