Sarah Helena Buerger

Sarah Buerger (nee Bold) is a tech lawyer who enjoys solving her clients’ problems by giving insightful and practical legal advice. Sarah joined Michalsons in 2012. She is currently providing many practical legal services, including:  Helping clients restructure their businesses; Drafting Subscription Agreements and other related documents for Mergers and Acquisitions; Drafting Memorandums of Incorporation and Shareholders Agreements; Drafting and advising clients on their intellectual property rights; Advising on the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI); Helping marketers and brand managers manage promotional competitions legally; Drafting simple, plain language agreements and converting documents to plain language; Drafting and negotiating IT contracts; Writing opinions on various subjects advising clients on the risks and advising the best way forward.
