Serage Winnie Mmola

Winnie Mmola is an associate in our Polokwane office. She specialises in personal injury claims. She acts for clients with motor vehicle accident claims and provides legal opinions and recommendations. In civil litigation matters she drafts pleadings and applications, and appears in civil and motion courts for trials and hearings. When required, she negotiates settlements in civil disputes. In addition, she attends to drafting of bills of costs and taxations in the Magistrates’ and High Courts. Winnie is a member of the Black Lawyers’ Association and South African Women Lawyers’ Association.
