Shané de Winnaar

Shané has experience in public liability claims, inter alia relating to pothole claims, electrical fires, slip-and-falls, flooding, unlawful arrests and/or assaults. She also has experience in subrogated recoveries relating to motor vehicle accidents. Shané studied at the University of Pretoria where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Law (2012) and LLB (cum laude) (2013). She commenced her Articles in 2014 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in August 2015.
