Sheethal Nandkissor

Sheethal Nandkissor focuses on transactional work, including local and cross-border finance transactions and has advised both borrowers and lenders in a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, mining and infrastructure.  She advises both funders (including offshore banks and development finance institutions) and corporates on finance transactions in sub-Saharan Africa, including through secured and unsecured lending and hybrid debt/equity funding.  Representative experience: Acting for Afreximbank as lead arranger of $315m of senior debt financing to Smile Telecoms to purchase equipment and roll-out mobile broadband network in Africa. Acting for PPC Ltd in a US$168.2m project financing for a newly created subsidiary of PPC Ltd for a cement plant in the DRC. Acting for Portland Holdings Limited in a US$75m syndicated English law governed facility from PTA Bank for a cement milling plant near Harare in Zimbabwe.
