Sheree Du Preez

Sheree du Preez obtained her LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2011. Sheree also obtained a degree in BSc (Human Life Science) from the University of Stellenbosch in 2008. She joined Hayes Inc as a candidate attorney in November 2011. She completed her articles of clerkship with Hayes Inc. and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in February 2014. In February 2017, Sheree was also admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public. Sheree works as a senior associate attorney at Hayes Inc. Prior to discovering her passion for conveyancing, Sheree worked in the litigation department of Hayes Inc. and gained valuable experience in property related litigation. Since her admission as a conveyancer, Sheree has assisted clients with a variety of property transfers (including standard transfers / deceased estate transfers / donation transfers / divorce transfers / auction transfers). Sheree also specialises in property related litigation, drafting of wills and provides notarial services.
