Siyabonga Nkosi

Mr Siyabonga Nkosi obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2018. He commenced his legal career at Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate Attorney, where he completed his articles of clerkship in 2023. He was admitted as a legal practitioner in January 2024. Following his admission, he continued to practise at Legal Aid South Africa as a Temporary Legal Practitioner before establishing his own law firm in June 2024, which initially operated under the name Siyabonga Nkosi Attorneys. The firm was subsequently incorporated and now trades as SD Nkosi Attorneys Inc. Nkosi’s primary areas of practice include criminal litigation and claims arising from unlawful arrest and detention. The firm also provides legal services in the administration of estates and drafting of wills, divorce and family law matters, Road Accident Fund claims, medical negligence claims, immigration law, the law of contract, and debt collection.
