Stephen is a director based at the Sandton Office. He was admitted to practice in Zimbabwe in 1985 and in South Africa in 1987. Stephen also sits on the boards of and is adviser to several local and international companies. Stephen has been engaged in a significant number of large and often high profile litigation matters throughout South Africa. He is also very active in deal-making, mergers and acquisitions.
