Suzette Van der Merwe

After obtaining a BA LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch, Suzette commenced her career as a legal officer at the Road Accident Fund. After her admission as an attorney in 1999 she worked at a large firm in Cape Town before joining MacRobert Attorneys. Suzette was appointed a director in 2008. She specialises in medical negligence law, litigation and insurance law, with special reference to delictual claims and the computation of damages. Suzette also holds a Certificate in Medicine and Law from Unisa .
