Tamara Gerwel

Tamara Gerwel is a director in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Glyn Marais Inc. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), restructurings, joint ventures and other corporate transactional work including funding arrangements. Tamara has developed particular experience in the relatively new field of warranty and indemnity insurance in the South African M&A market.
