Tanya Pollak

Tanya obtained her BA from the University of South Africa and her LLB (cum laude) from the University of Witwatersrand. She completed articles of clerkship with Werksmans Incorporated and was admitted as an attorney in 2003. Tanya continued to practice in the commercial department at Werksmans Incorporated until July 2004 specialising in mergers and acquisitions, finance and banking, private equity transactions and corporate restructuring. In October 2004 Tanya joined TWB as an associate and became a partner in March 2007. Tanya specialises in corporate and commercial law with specific emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
