Themba Malandela

Themba is a senior associate in our personal injury department. He specialises in general litigation and personal injury. Representative experience: Successfully defended several matters brought against a government parastatal on a favourable basis, some of which involve huge quantum and/or complicated merits. Currently investigating a possible fraudulent claim instituted against a government parastatal for an amount of ZAR1 million.
