Thembinkosi Mchuni

Thembinkosi hold a BA in Industrial Sociology and Law and an LLB from Wits University. He served his articles at Gildenhuys Lessing Malatji from 2004 to 2006 and thereafter gained extensive experience working for LexisNexis South Africa and Wes Bank, Division of FirstRand Bank Ltd in Johannesburg.He brings along institutional commercial experience in the firm's litigation department where he is responsible for its civil and commercial litigation. He is also responsible for labour law matters.He is a member of the Commercial Lawyers Association of South Africa.
