Thinabuyo Surprise Mnisi

The founder of T.S Mnisi Attorneys Mr Thinabuyo Surprise Mnisi completed his LLB degree in 2006 from the University of Pretoria and Law school (PLT) in 2007. He is currently on the verge of completing his LLM (Labour Law). He then started working for a reputable attorneys firm in Pretoria as a candidate attorney and also as an associate for the same firm till 2009. In the firm he got exposure in various aspect of practice ranging from Civil Litigation, Labour & Employment matters and Land Restitutions & Extension of Security of Tenure for farm dwellers. In 2010 he joined the South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU) where he worked as a Legal Officer where he handled all legal matters of the Union like labour disputes and general litigations for and against the Union till 2015. During the years he also led the collective bargaining team of the Union. He decided that he could provide a much better service to the public by offering his assistance on a more personal level and thus started his own firm at the beginning of 2016. His goal was to establish a small firm for the people, where the public would not feel like a file reference but that a personal relationship between attorneys and client would be established. The idea that progressive development is indeed a greater overall law in the life is wholeheartedly embraced by T.S Mnisi Attorneys. The firm believes that the future holds endless opportunities for both attorneys and client and furthermore that growth as a multicultural firm will be inevitable.
