Thobani Trevor Mnyandu

Mnyandu is a Construction and Engineering Law specialist. In particular, Mnyandu represents a wide range of public and private sector clients in adjudications, arbitrations and High Court applications, in disputes arising from the execution of construction and engineering suite of contracts (mainly the NEC ECC, TSC and PSC, Fidic Red Book and the JBCC 2000 Series agreements). He also drafts bespoke design & build (Turnkey) agreements.
