Tobias Charl Schmahl

Mr. Schmahl entered the profession in 2008 upon graduating with a Bachelor of laws (LLB) at the University of Pretoria. Mr. Schmahl is an attorney of Cavanagh & Richards Attorneys as of September 2014. In 2010, Mr. Schmahl was employed at Cilliers and Reynder Incorporated as a candidate attorney. He gained further experience in 2012, when he was employed with Jay Incorporated Attorneys. His practice is centred on criminal defence, commercial litigation, civil litigation, legal research, legal advice, corporate law, employment law, labour litigation and family law. His focus, and indeed Cavanagh & Richards Attorneys’ focus, is to provide clients with high quality legal services.
